Personal Training

When beginning a fitness program or working to achieve a specific fitness goal, it is often beneficial to enlist the expertise of a Certified Personal Trainer. Whether you require assistance with exercise for athletic enhancement, rehabilitation purposes or you just need the extra motivation and encouragement to keep you going, the personal trainers here at S.W.A.T. can help.

 

All S.W.A.T. personal trainers are certified through a National Organization with third-party accreditation. Personal trainers are available by appointment during all hours of operation.

S.W.A.T. Trainers Available by Appointment Only:
If you schedule an appointment with a trainer please show up on time. If you need to re-schedule, please call ahead of time to allow the trainer to reschedule another client. If a no-show occurs the trainer may forfeit one of your sessions.

New Member Introductory Session:
Each new member of S.W.A.T. will receive a complimentary session with one of our Certified Personal Trainers. The goal of the session is to orient the new member on how to use our equipment, help them determine an appropriate course of action to get them on their way to achieving their fitness goals. The program will be geared to each individual!
